2009-2010 Registration Forms: Step 1: To begin the registration process click on the below link and print for your records. 2009-2010 Registration Information Step 2*: Click on the grade that pertains to your child.
Please Print the completed forms and come in person within one week to pay the $120 registration fee, bring your immunization card, and sign the forms.
Extended registration deadline is 03/16; please make sure to come in prior to this date as we will not be able to guarantee a spot for next school year. Open Registration begins 03/28.
